Temp Executive (Learning Analytics & Educational Technology)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3500 - $3800
• Location: West (NTU/NIE)
• Working hours: Half-time, 21 hours per week (within office hours, hybrid-work arrangement)
• Contract period: 4 Months Contract

Job Responsibilities:

1. Learning Analytics Projects

• Review audio and video recordings for research and analysis.
• Verify the accuracy of AI-generated analyses.
• Review dashboard designs and usability.
• Assist with IRB applications and research procedures.

2. AI/EdTech Projects

• Assist in preparing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with partner organisations.
• Explore and evaluate AI and educational technology tools.
• Support the implementation and expansion of AI/EdTech tools within compound.

3. Research Support

• Conduct literature reviews and research activities.
• Assist with IRB applications and related documentation.

4. Administrative & Operational Support

• Coordinate school visits to compound.
• Prepare presentation slides and meeting materials.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree related to Education, Communications or related field preferred.
• At least 5+ years of work experience in stakeholder/ partnership engagement and programme management, preferably within education or technology environments.
• Experience in learning analytics and dashboards, conducting research activities (e.g., literature scans and review, IRB application), and in the use of AI tools, is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience working with external stakeholders such as government agencies, industry partners, schools, higher education institutions, or international organisations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently and professionally.
• Experience managing external communications, including producing or curating content for websites, newsletters, reports, or publicity materials.
• Experience organising and delivering events or engagement platforms such as roundtables, symposiums and webinars.
