(Temp) Learning Management System Support

About the role

• Temporary Learning Management System Support role on a 6-month contract (Oct 2026 to Apr 2027)
• Working hours: Mon-Thu, 8.30 am to 6 pm, Fri 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
• Location: Buona Vista

Key responsibilities

• Support the migration of learning programmes and content onto an online learning platform
• Assist with the development, updating and maintenance of learning content
• Conduct quality assurance checks and testing to ensure content accuracy and functionality before publication
• Identify and assist with troubleshooting an online learning platform and content-related issues
• Work with technical teams to resolve system or content defects where required
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely support and solutions
• Assist with the planning and logistical preparation of learning enablement workshops
• Support the facilitation and delivery of learning enablement workshops
• Perform day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operational duties and other tasks as assigned

• Able to support the migration of learning programmes and content development on online platforms
• Able to conduct quality assurance and testing of learning content
• Able to assist with content-related troubleshooting
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Able to support the planning and logistical preparation of learning enablement workshops
• Able to assist in the facilitation and delivery of learning enablement workshops
