Temp Patient Service Associate

• Assist with registration and billing.
• Guide and assist patients with directions, clinic locations, and alternative routes, including support for elderly and mobility-impaired patients.
• Manage patient flow and queues at lift lobbies, ensuring an orderly, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Address patient enquiries, explain operational changes, and provide accurate information on hospital services and facilities.
• Conduct patient experience surveys, collect feedback, and document waiting times, incidents, and operational observations.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N' level.

• No experience welcomed! On-the-job training provided.

• Comfortable standing long hours.

• Friendly, patient, and service-oriented.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
