Responsibilities
Assist with daily building operations including leading and supervising maintenance teams.
Troubleshoot building service issues.
Coordinate contractors and repair works.
Prepare monthly and incident reports.
Requirement
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
- 3 Years of experience in building maintenance project
- Familiar with AutoCAD & BIM Software to read drawing
