Temp-to-perm Receptionist

We're partnering with a growing private equity firm in Washington, DC that is looking for a polished, proactive Receptionist to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of a newly established office and play a key role in shaping the culture and employee experience from day one.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing front desk operations and serving as the first point of contact for visitors
• Coordinating conference room scheduling and office logistics
• Supporting a professional, welcoming, and highly organized office environment
• Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, including office breakfasts, happy hours, and team events
• Acting as a true culture carrier and helping foster a positive office atmosphere
• Utilizing Microsoft 365 to support day-to-day administrative needs

What we're looking for:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, hospitality, or client-facing experience
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
• Someone who enjoys creating a positive office experience and building relationships

Additional details:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• $80,000-$90,000 base salary
• Temp-to-perm opportunity with an ideal 90-day conversion timeline
• Strong growth potential within the firm
• Target start date: Late September
