Temp - Transport Administrator

Labourforce are seeking an Administration Officer for one of our largest cold storage clients located in the northern suburbs. The role will run for approximately 2-3 months with the possibility of extending.

 Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm - Immediate start

This role will suit a focused individual who prides themselves on their accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency.

 Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Customer Service main point of contact

• Data Entry

• Administration Duties

• Work in a busy high paced team environment

• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems.

• Excellent computer and literacy skills

• Sound experience in Microsoft, Excel and Word

• Document, procedure writing

• Transport and logistics experience

• Strong written and verbal skills

• High attention to detail

• Reliable, approachable, punctual and professional attribute

• Strong customer service communication and interpersonal skills

• Process driven

The successful applicant needs to have a can do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to plan, prioritize and multitask. Experience in the Transport industry highly desirable
