Temporary Accountant

Our client, a private membership-based organization is seeking a temporary Staff Accountant to support their international accounting operations functions.

Responsibilities:

• Process corporate credit card payments and staff reimbursements through expense management platforms
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely and accurate manner
• Post and reconcile journal entries and general ledger accounts across multiple entities and currencies
• Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations
• Contribute to monthly closing processes
• Assist with internal financial reporting

Qualifications

• Prior accounting experience in a corporate or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
• Experience working across multiple entities and/or currencies preferred
• NetSuite experience required
• Brex experience a plus
• Bill.com experience a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
