Temporary Accounts Executive – Immediate

We are seeking a female temporary Accounts Executive to join our team immediately. This position is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Her key responsibilities would be:

• Manage daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Assist in tax-related matters, including compliance and statutory requirements.
• Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on finance-related matters.
• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

The requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Hands-on experience using SAP accounting/finance modules.
• Good knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance requirements.
• Positive mindset with strong integrity, commitment, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediately available or able to start on short notice.
