Temporary Adminitrative Support

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Adminitrative Support Assistant to support our document digitization project.

Key Responsibilities

Scan physical documents accurately and efficiently.

Save scanned documents in designated shared folders.

Rename and organize files according to company filing standards.

Ensure all documents are scanned completely and clearly before shredding.

Verify scanned files for accuracy and completeness.

Performance data entry and update spreadsheet and records accurately.

Maintain confidentiality and security of company documents.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Basic computer skills, MS Excel, Words and familiarity with Windows file management.

Ability to save, organize, and rename electronic files accurately.

Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Able to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

9-6pm

Contract Duration

1–3 months (subject to project completion)
