Temporary bakery assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a Bakery Assistant to join our team in a bustling bakery setting. The ideal candidate will assist in various bakery tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our bakery

Responsibilities

• Support the bakery team in preparing and baking a variety of bakery items
• Assist with food preparation, including measuring ingredients, making and helping finish cakes and other bakery product.
• Adhere to strict food safety standards and maintain a clean bakery environment
• Operate bakery equipment under supervision
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food production environment is desirable but not necessary
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Team player with good communication skills
