Hotel Bourré Bonne is seeking energetic, professional, and guest-focused Seasonal Banquet Servers to support our banquet and catering operations during our busy event season. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests.

As a Seasonal Banquet Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service at weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and special functions while representing the high standards of Hotel Bourré Bonne.

Essential Job Functions

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and place settings.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional food and beverage service during events.
• Ensure all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and event details.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout events.
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service standards.
• Work collaboratively with banquet captains, culinary staff, and other team members.
• Assist with event breakdown and reset of banquet spaces.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying trays or banquet equipment.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors depending on event location.
