Temporary Bilingual Field Sales Representative

AVYNA Cosmetics is looking for a motivated sales professional. This is a field-based position for someone who enjoys sales, wants to earn commissions, and is interested in building strong relationships.

What You’ll Do

1. Plan your route: Organize your weekly schedule and identify new beauty salons within your assigned territory.

2. Visit and connect: Meet salon owners, understand their needs, and identify business opportunities.

3. Present the value: Demonstrate AVYNA products and explain how they can help salons improve their services, customer experience, and revenue.

4. Follow up consistently: Stay in contact with interested salons, answer questions, provide additional information, and continue building trust.

5. Close the sale: Convert qualified prospects into new AVYNA salon accounts.

6. Grow the relationship: Maintain contact with customers and identify opportunities for future purchases and long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, hair care, or the salon industry is preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Valid Texas driver’s license.

• Reliable four-door vehicle with current insurance.

• Availability to drive throughout the assigned territory.
