Job Details

• Pay: $19.00/hr (DOE)
• Type: Temporary; Full-time, hourly
• Schedule: Flexible shifts + weekends as needed
• Location: Petaluma, CA

What You’ll Do

• Produce cheese based on daily production goals
• Ensure quality and food safety standards (GMPs/SOPs)
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets
• Report issues and help improve efficiency

What You Bring

• Manufacturing or food production experience (preferred)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail + basic math skills
• English required (Spanish a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
• Work in cold/wet and noisy production environments
