Type: Temporary, until end of the year, possibility to extend

Salary: £17.00 per hour + holiday pay

Location: Uxbridge area, hybrid

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

Start: Immediate Start

Our client is looking for an experienced Temporary Credit Controller

This is a hands-on role managing customer accounts, following up outstanding payments and helping ensure accurate financial records are maintained. It would suit someone who is confident speaking with customers, comfortable working across different systems and able to get up to speed quickly in a busy environment.

Duties include:

-Manage Account Receivables, issuing invoices and credit notes, monthly statements and remittances

-Dealing with queries

-Running credit risk checks

-Managing AR inbox

-Posting and allocating cash

-Customer account reconciliations

-Proactively reduce aged debt

The ideal Temporary Credit Controller will have:

• Previous Credit Control or Accounts Receivable experience

• Confidence chasing outstanding debt and speaking with customers

• Strong Excel skills

• The ability to learn new finance systems quickly

• Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail

• An organised approach to managing a busy workload

• Confident telephone and written communication skills

• Availability to start on beginning of November and commit until the end of the year
