Temporary Customer Service Associate 兼職客戶服務助理

We are looking for Temporary Customer Service Associate to join our Retail Team. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls from our customers.

Key Accountabilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies
• Process customer orders, returns, billing issues, and delivery-related concerns efficiently
• Resolve customer problems effectively and escalate complex cases reports to the supervisor when necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
• Handle general clerical tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and file management
• Assist with order and stock preparation or work at the boutique as required
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong customer engagement skills with a professional and courteous approach
• Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and capacity to work effectively under pressure
• Open to university students and fresh graduates; training will be provided
