• Analyze site metrics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and revenue growth.
• Ensure seamless customer experiences through product and category page management.
• Work cross-functionally with Buying and Marketing to understand brand priorities and product assortment.
• Assist with A/B testing to understand customer behavior on-site.
• Implement sorting rules changes to enhance the shopping journey.

Requirements

• E-commerce experience
• Passion for understanding and driving user behavior
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager preferred
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Adobe Analytics preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
