SUMMARY: POSITION INFO: A reputable organisation is seeking a Temporary Finance Administrator to provide support to the Finance Team. Key Responsibilities Capture and process creditors’ invoices on LegalSuite Ensure invoices are accurately coded to the correct accounts and cost centres Follow up on outstanding invoices with relevant departments Match pro-forma invoices to tax invoices File creditors’ invoices following payment Monitor and manage finance-related emails daily Ensure transactions are processed accurately and within deadlines Provide general and ad hoc administrative support to the Finance Team Requirements & Attributes Previous experience in creditors / accounts payable or finance administration Strong numerical ability and exceptional attention to detail Highly organised with excellent time-management skills Able to identify discrepancies, duplicate invoices, VAT and coding errors Strong communication and interpersonal skills Deadline-driven, particularly during month-end Honest, trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality Professional, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
