What they need
This is an incredible opportunity for a Line Cook, looking to gain managerial experience in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment. This full-time temporary assignment is expected to 5 months to a YEAR, open availability is great but specifically availability for the schedule below. You will be working with an incredibly talented and experience Head Executive Chef who has been with the company for almost ten years.
- Sunday & Monday - Off
- Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 11am - 9pm
- Wednesday - 7am - 4pm
- Saturday - 8 am - 7 pm
Oversight of all culinary operations, to include, but not limited to, preparation and production of all hotel meals, food quality and presentation, compliance with all safety and sanitation standards and regulation, team member productivity and performance, implementation of policies and procedures, cost controls and overall profitability
Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance.
Temporary Role - 5 months to a year
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
