Job Description

This position will report to the Hostel Admission Services section within the Office of Student Affairs. This is a service role where the candidate is required to respond to students' hostel-related enquiries, as well as to provide support for the housing assessments in NUS.

1. Handle frontline duties to manage student enquiries and draft email correspondences
2. Support the administration for housing assessment prior to housing allocation

• Contact and refer students to stakeholders as part of the housing assessment
• E-filing of housing assessment reports according to guidelines
• End to end tracking of referrals
• Communicate with hostel coordinators when support is needed.

1. Provide weekly updates on cases and student queries
2. Support other administrative duties for hostel admissions
3. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma holders with good communication skills both in writing and speaking.
• Good organisational skills and attentive to details
• Pro-active to engage stakeholders including students
• Knowledge of CRM, MS Teams, MS Form and Qualtrics will be an advantage (optional)
