Temporary Mandarin Teacher

We seek to appoint a highly capable and enthusiastic Secondary Mandarin Teacher for our Secondary School.

This is temporary role commencing from March 2027 to June 2027.

We require a teacher who can share their passion and goes the extra mile for the students in their charge; as well as an ability to maintain an orderly, collaborative learning environment for our students.

Job Descriptions:

1. To have an in-depth understanding of the subject area content, skills and understanding as prescribed in the school’s schemes of work.
2. To prepare schemes of work and lesson plans, deliver lessons effectively according to the learning ability of the students for Key Stage 3 and IGCSE Foreign Language.
3. Develop appropriate assessment tasks, providing timely and effective feedback that enhances student’s learning
4. Take responsibility for a class, supporting, nurturing and taking a genuine interest in the holistic development of all students in that class; knowing each of them individually as a learner.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Language Studies/Education or its related field of studies.

2.      Having at least 3 years teaching experience preferable teaching Stage 3 & above and IGCSE Foreign Language.

1. Candidate is able to conduct the classes independently.
2. Passion to teach and interact with the students.
3. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Fluent in English and  Mandarin, both written and spoken.
