IVI LOS ANGELES is an independent contemporary jewelry brand founded in 2016, known for its refined, sculptural designs and commitment to craftsmanship.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Studio Assistant to support our daily operations during a temporary transition period.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in fashion, jewelry, accessories, or e-commerce operations who enjoys working in a small, creative business.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Order Fulfillment

• Organize and maintain jewelry inventory, packaging, and studio supplies.
• Prepare and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Assist with wholesale and e-commerce order fulfillment, labeling, and packaging.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records in Shopify.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and track deliveries.

Customer Service & Administration

• Manage customer inquiries via email.
• Assist with orders, returns, exchanges, and repairs according to company policies.
• Maintain organized records and shipping documentation.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks.

Production & Studio Coordination

• Coordinate with manufacturing partners on production schedules, shipments, and deliveries.
• Prepare and organize product samples.
• Assist with quality control and packaging requirements.
• Track production deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, or e-commerce.
• Experience in fashion, jewelry, accessories, or luxury retail preferred.
• Proficiency with Shopify and Google Workspace preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with hands-on inventory, packing, and shipping responsibilities.
