Temporary Part-Time Finance Data Entry

Job Summary

We are looking for a Part-Time Finance Administrative Assistant to support the Finance team mainly on data entry, documentation and administrative work. A key part of the role will involve supporting LHDN stamping activities, together with other general Finance paperwork and record-keeping tasks.

Day : Mon Fri

Time : 9-6pm

Location : Office (Menara Bangkok Bank KL)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update tracking records for documents requiring LHDN stamping.
• Prepare information and supporting documents for stamping submission.
• Assist with online submission, status tracking and filing of completed stamping documents.
• Perform data entry and update Finance records, trackers and spreadsheets accurately.
• Organise, scan, file and maintain Finance documents and supporting records.
• Assist in checking documents for completeness before processing or filing.
• Follow up internally on missing or outstanding documents where required.
• Support the Finance team with general paperwork, documentation and administrative tasks.
• Assist with other ad-hoc Finance data entry or administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic computer systems.
• Good attention to detail and able to handle repetitive data entry accurately.
• Organised and comfortable working with documents, records and administrative processes.
• Responsible and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in administration, Finance support or data entry is an advantage but not compulsory.

Pay: RM10.00 - RM12.00 per hour
