Temporary Program Specialist

We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Call Center Representatives to provide high-quality support to patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and payers.

This is a seasonal position running from November 2026 through February 2027. The role includes a four-week hybrid training period in the office, after which the position will transition to fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior customer support, answer hotline inquiries, and guide callers through Foundation eligibility, grants, and processes.
• Conduct initial screening and enrollment for Foundation grant programs.
• Perform quality control checks on data entry, meet Quality department metrics, and strictly follow SOPs and corporate compliance guidelines.
• Utilize secured Grants Management Systems and telephony systems to document caller interactions accurately.

Working hours: 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Skills:

• Experience with software such as Salesforce or Vonage.
• Prior experience working remotely.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of Call Center experience.

• Must have minimum of 1 year of healthcare / medical industry experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, call center telephony systems, and CRM/Grants Management software.

• Administrative skills assessment required during the screening process.
