TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST (3-MONTHS CONTRACT)

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with PC software e.g Ms Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Polite, pleasant and mature

Responsibilities:

• Handling phone calls & greeting visitors
• Providing general clerical support
