Temporary Registration Support Officer (Contract 12 Months)

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and organised Temporary Registration Support Officer to assist with application processing and administrative matters. The role involves reviewing documents, maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day registration operations.

💰 Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 / month
📅 Contract Duration: 12 months
📍 Location: Central Singapore
🕒 Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Scope

• Process registration applications and related administrative requests
• Review and verify application details and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
• Assist with requests such as updating personal particulars, changes in employment details and document reprints
• Process and maintain incoming documents and ensure records are updated accordingly
• Handle administrative queries and follow up on outstanding information where required
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with established procedures
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline

• Administrative experience will be an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using computer systems

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work within tight timelines
