We are proud to announce that IRONMAN is coming back to town for IRONMAN JONES BEACH NY 70.3**,** and we are looking to hire individuals to work at the Official IRONMAN Merchandise Store assisting customers, athletes, family, and fans in a fast-paced retail environment.

Position: Temporary Retail Associate

Location: JONES BEACH FIELD 5, ZACH’S BAY

Pay: $35/HR

· Check Mailed by: OCTOBER 31ST, 2026 or Direct Deposit if you select in UKG.

Available shifts being hired for:***HOURS SUBJECT TO CHANGE***

· Wednesday, SEPTEMBER 23rd 11:00AM-5:00PM (Store Setup)

· Thursday, SEPTEMBER 24th: 12:00PM- 7:30PM (Store Open)

· Friday, SEPTEMBER 25th: 9:00AM-7:30PM (Store Open)

· Saturday, SEPTEMBER 26th: 8:00AM-9:00PM (Store Open, Race Day)

*Race Day Store Location: (By the finisher line)

Overview:

We are looking to hire 10-15 individuals with retail experience that are outgoing, friendly, and hard working with the ability to take direction from management.

DUTIES:

• Assisting Merchandise Event Manager and Operations in the execution of store setup and breakdown
• Stocking the sales floor and general store maintenance
• Greeting customers and assisting them with their various needs and questions
• Maintaining visual presentation of the store by sizing, folding and completing other tasks
• Processing monetary transactions at the registers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Retail experience preferred.
• Upon hire all staff must complete the required Paylocity onboarding and background check
• Individuals must be of legal working age.
• This is an active working environment--Employees will be expected to bend and reach, lift heavy boxes, and withstand being on their feet all day.
• Appropriate breaks and lunches will be given depending upon the length of the shift.
