Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of global events from pre-production through post-event wrap.
• Coordinate backstage hospitality logistics, including waitstaff wardrobe fittings and event-day dressing.
• Manage messenger services and last-minute sourcing requests.
• Ensure packaging materials and shipping supplies are organized and available.
• Provide on-site operational support, troubleshooting logistics and assisting cross functional teams as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional or internship experience in events, marketing, public relations, hospitality, fashion, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience supporting event production, logistics, or project coordination preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
