Temporary Sunday Kitchen Supervisor

Hallie’s Monkspath is looking for a passionate and hardworking Senior Kitchen Assistant to join our team! This is a temporary Sunday role, with working hours from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

We serve a delicious brunch menu, and we’re searching for someone who takes pride in creating aesthetically pleasing dishes while bringing creativity to our seasonal specials and menu development. We want a positive, enthusiastic, and optimistic leader who can inspire the team and create a great working atmosphere in the kitchen.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
• Managing stock inventory and orders to keep the kitchen well-supplied
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
• Preparing and plating dishes to a high aesthetic standard
• Working in a fast-paced environment while staying organised
• Coaching and motivating team members, fostering a positive atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

• Kitchen experience in a fast-paced setting
• Full awareness of health & safety and allergen regulations
• A reliable team player with great communication skills
• Someone who thrives under pressure and keeps service running smoothly
• Passion for creating beautiful, delicious dishes and exploring new ideas
• A positive and enthusiastic personality, bringing energy and motivation to the team
