Take agronomic notes, collect data, and harvest soybean research plots in field environment.

Work in seed lab weighing and cleaning samples, threshing individual plants, and preparing seed for replanting in spring.

A temporary/lab research position is needed to work in the soybean research lab to take agronomic notes, collect data, and harvest soybean research plots in the field. This position will work in the seed lab to weigh and clean samples, thresh individual plants, and prepare seed for spring planting.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification In Position High school diploma preferred.

Skills Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Physical Demands

Lifting up to 50 lbs and overtime hours during the planting and harvesting season.Working in the fields and greenhouse in extreme heat. Traveling.
