TEN-M Network Engineer RF

For our client, we are seeking a TEN-M Network Engineer RF to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on delivering advanced wireless and RF network capabilities that support mission-critical communications in a secure environment. The position will be responsible for managing frequency use across the electromagnetic spectrum while helping ensure reliable connectivity for training and operational needs. You will also contribute to RF surveys, network design, optimization, and electronic countermeasure support in partnership with technical and operational teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $128,039 – $173,229 annually

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced wireless, 5G, and satellite communications capabilities
• Manage operating radio frequencies within the electromagnetic spectrum
• Conduct RF surveys, design work, and network optimization activities
• Support training missions through electronic countermeasures
• Establish frequency requirements for command and contingency communications

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in RF and wireless networks
• Expertise in Digital Radio and RF management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Active Secret clearance required for this role
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
