Tenancy Admin

• Update and manage the property management system to maintain accurate lease information and tenant contact details
• Assist leasing & sales departments in preparing, dispatching and filing LOO/TA/RA/Cover Letter documentation
• Support with general admin duties including filing, stamping of lease documents, data entry, follow up on sales data from tenants, and reporting.
• Manage leasing and renewals of signage, advertising and promotional spaces including payment collection, refunds, monitoring tenancy expiry dates etc.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Credit Control

• Monitor and manage accounts receivables by issuing receipts, managing deposits and other charges in the property management system
• Support arrears follow‑up by issuing payment reminders and coordinating with the credit control team.

License & Regulatory Compliance

• Monitor the validity of licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements and coordinate renewal applications and submissions to relevant authorities

Job Requirements

• Certification, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate / Property Management, or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of work experience or fresh graduate
• Strong communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task.
• Familiar with issuing invoice, receipt and handling ledger is a plus.
