Tenancy Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Tenancy Advisor to provide responsive, tenant-centred

tenancy management services provide specialist advice, manage complex tenancy matters and support fair, lawful and sustainable tenancy outcomes.

About you

You are an experienced tenancy or housing professional who combines sound judgement with empathy, resilience and practical problem-solving. You communicate clearly, build trust with people from a wide range of backgrounds and remain professional when managing complex or challenging situations.

You will bring:

• A relevant professional qualification at NZQA Level 5 or above, or industry experience.
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986
• Experience providing advice, support and advocacy.
• Experience in casework, investigations and complaint resolution.
• Strong listening, negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
