Tenant Relation

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for providing programs, services and informations to tenants or customer in apartment
• Maintain effective relations with all tenants in order to ensure they are aware of their rights and responsibilities

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Tenant Relation
• Well developed communications skills (English is a must) including the ability to use effective listening and verbal communications skills, the ability to communicate with people at all levels and the ability to write effective business correspondence
• Customer oriented and possess or quickly develop good negotiations and conflict resolution skills
• Computer literate & proficient in Ms. Office
