What they need
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Property Management, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Tenant Relations, Apartment Management, Residential Property Management, Building Management, or Condominium Management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of apartment operations, tenant management, lease administration, fit-out and handover processes, building regulations, and residential property management.
- Experience in handling tenant complaints, coordinating with internal departments, supervising vendors, and resolving operational issues effectively.
- Good understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), emergency procedures, building operations, and residential management standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), ERP, or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders.
