Tenant Relations and Administrative Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, any business course , engineering course or equivalent with at least 1 year of working experience in Tenant Relations.

• Required: Communication skills, organizational skills, documentation skill and team player.

• Computer literate, multi-tasker, and can work flexible hours.

Job Description:

• Assists tenants in resolving problems and issues in coordination with engineering and accounting department.

• Excellent customer service, good communication skills and works with minimum supervision.

• Serving as the main liaison between tenants and property management

• Handling tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally

• Coordinating with internal departments to resolve tenant concerns

• Monitoring tenant compliance with lease terms and house rules

• Preparing reports, correspondence, and tenant-related and admin documentation.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
