Tenant Relations Assistant

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour

Job description:

North Oak Real Estate Inv., Inc., a Property Management Company, is seeking Office Assistants for the following roles:

(1) Tenant Relations Department

• Answer calls and respond to emails
• Process residential move-outs and deposit rents
• Handle payables (print checks if needed)
• Send general notices and letters to residential tenants
• Obtain legal notices from lawyers
• Initiate collection process for residential tenants

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in English & Spanish
• No experience required, training will be provided

Work Schedule

• Hybrid work schedule available. Each department is required to be physically present in the office at least twice a week, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
• Mandatory in-person training at the office for the first 90 days of employment.
• 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
