Tenant Relations Executive - Mall Experience

• Location: Bukit Bintang
• Shift Work Arrangement: Morning shift: 9am - 6pm, Afternoon Shift: 11am – 8pm (5 days work week, including sat, sun, public holiday)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in resolving escalated tenant’s issues and disputes regarding sales and services.

• Collaborate with Sales Promotion department in ensuring that the strategies and objectives are aligned, ensuring that marketing initiatives support sales efforts are aligned to the business overall’s objectives.

• Assist in preparing reports on monthly sales information, credit reports, and relevant statistics for Management’s review.

• Understand tenants’ respective business models in order to better facilitate their business and operations requirements and provide intelligence to relevant personnel within Operations

• Department particularly and other relevant Departments within the Company.

• Focal point contact between tenants and other relevant Departments within the Company

• Understand market trends / demands and provide valuable intelligence to tenants for further betterment of performance

• Consolidate and analyze sales performance data as well as make recommendations for extension / renewal of contract at least 9 months before expiry

• Supervise daily operations of Information Counters

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Commerce / Business Studies, Advertising / Mass Communication, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Mall operations and management position. Fresh Gradate Welcome!
• Proven track record handling Mall operations, facilities management, or marketing in a repute large shopping mall or real estate company.
