Tenant Relations Officer

• Ensures tenant compliance with mall house rules, and company policies.
• Acts as the primary liaison between mall management and tenants to maintain positive working relationships.
• Coordinates with tenants regarding store openings, renovations, and operational concerns.
• Conceptualizes and implements tenant-driven and mall-initiated marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions and special events.
• Ensures all marketing activities comply with company branding standards and mall policies.
• Prepares reports related to tenant concerns, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by mall management related to tenant relations and marketing support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in mall operations or a related area.
• Willing to be assigned at EVIA Lifestyle Center Las Pinas
