Tender & Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a Tender & Estimation Engineer for our Headoffice at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Sc. Electrical Engineering / DAE Electrical

Key Responsibilities
* Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and RFQs.
* Prepare accurate technical and commercial estimates, quotations, and proposals.
* Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs/BOMs for electrical, automation, BTD/Busbar, and related projects.
* Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
* Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Sales, and Project teams for technical and commercial inputs.
* Ensure compliance with tender requirements, specifications, and submission deadlines.
* Identify project costs, risks, exclusions, and commercial requirements.
* Prepare tender clarifications and support negotiations with clients/vendors.
* Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, and estimation data.

Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial automation, BTD/Busbar, and switchgear will be preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
* Strong analytical, costing, and numerical skills.
* Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specifications.
* Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
