Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Tendering Engineer with expertise in building, road, and marine projects to manage end-to-end tendering, estimation, and bid submission activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tender preparation, evaluation, and submission.
• Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.
• Identify project risks and support bid/no-bid decisions.

Required Skills:

• B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in tendering and estimation.
• Experience in building, road, and marine projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, and cost analysis.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• NICMAR certification preferred.
• EPC and infrastructure project experience is preferred.
