Job Title: Tender Executive

Job Summary:
The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing bid documents, and ensuring timely submission of tenders. The role requires attention to detail, coordination with internal teams, and compliance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant tender opportunities from various portals and sources
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements
• Prepare and compile tender/bid documents in line with client specifications
• Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, technical) for required inputs
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and track their status
• Handle online and offline tender submissions
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing sheets
• Respond to client queries and clarifications during the tender process
• Stay updated with government and private sector tendering procedures.

Required Skills Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce,Engineering( B.Tech) or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in tendering/bidding processes (Fresher Can also Apply)
• Familiarity with e-tendering portals (e.g., GeM, eProcurement portals)
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
