Tender Executive

**Role Summary:**The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements, and managing post-bid activities. The role also includes coordination with internal teams and occasional field visits to support operational and account-related requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor platforms like GeM & e-Procurement for relevant tenders
• Analyse requirements and prepare technical & commercial bids
• Ensure timely submission and compliance of all documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for bid inputs
• Track tender status and manage follow-ups
• Assist in client interaction and business development activities
• Maintain records of tenders, leads, and opportunities
• Support field visits and basic accounting tasks when required

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Finance / Engineering or related field
• Candidates with internship/project exposure in tendering, sales, operations, or business development will be preferred
