Tender Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle and manage GeM Portal activities and the tendering process for industrial gas products.
• Search, review, and analyse relevant tender opportunities and tender documents.
• Prepare complete tender documentation including specifications, terms & conditions, pricing details, and other required documents.
• Prepare and submit online bids/tenders on the GeM Portal accurately and within the specified timelines.
• Ensure all tender submissions comply with GeM guidelines, policies, and requirements.
• Complete and verify all required tender fields, including pricing, specifications, delivery timelines, and terms of service.
• Monitor the status of submitted tenders and coordinate responses to queries or clarifications from GeM authorities.
• Maintain proper records of tender submissions, documents, correspondence, and status updates.
• Prepare tender reports, performance metrics, and success-rate analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest GeM notifications, policies, guidelines, and tendering procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of documents and accurate tender submissions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
