Hiring: Tender Executive (GeM & E-Procurement) – Immediate Joiner

Location: Okhla Phase 2
Experience: Minimum 1. to 2 Years
Salary: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA

We are looking for a Tender Executive with hands-on experience in the GeM Portal and other e-procurement platforms. Candidates with similar relevant experience will be preferred. Immediate joiners and nearby candidates are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage tenders on GeM, CPPP, and other tender portals
• Prepare and submit technical & financial bids
• Handle complete tender lifecycle from documentation to final submission
• Ensure timely submission and compliance with tender requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, approvals, and documents
• Track tender status and maintain MIS / records
• Manage correspondence related to bids and clarifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in tendering / e-procurement
• Strong working knowledge of GeM and other government tender portals
• Good understanding of government tendering processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and reporting
• Similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to join immediately or within short notice period
