Tender Executive

Job Summary

CHRP-INDIA is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities for Government and Private sector projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing and submitting IT, Virtual Reality (VR), eLearning, Software, Hardware, System Integration, or EPC tenders through GeM, CPPP, and various state e-Procurement portals. The role requires strong coordination skills, documentation expertise, and the ability to meet strict submission deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor relevant tenders from GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals, and other government procurement websites.
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with internal technical, finance, legal, and business teams to prepare complete bid documents.
• Prepare and compile technical proposals, commercial bids, compliance statements, BOQs, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure timely online submission of bids through GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering portals.
• Manage vendor registrations, digital signatures (DSC), EMDs, Bank Guarantees (BG), and other statutory requirements.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare clarification responses wherever required.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, correspondence, and contract documents.
• Track tender results, follow up with clients, and coordinate post-award documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tender submission guidelines.
• Maintain a database of government departments, procurement agencies, and upcoming opportunities.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and State e-Procurement portals.
• Good understanding of Government procurement procedures.
• Knowledge of RFP, RFQ, BOQ, EMD, Bank Guarantee, Compliance Matrix, and Bid Documentation.
• Strong documentation and proposal preparation skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience

• Candidates with experience in any of the following domains will be preferred:

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Certification or training in Government e-Procurement or Tender Management will be an added advantage.
