Tender Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tender lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting bids while ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor government and private tender opportunities.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information.
• Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and bid proposals.
• Ensure compliance with tender terms and submission deadlines.
• Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and bid outcomes.
• Follow up on tender status and client communications.
• Handle e-tender submissions on GeM, CPPP, and other procurement portals.
• Support post-award documentation and contract execution.

Qualifications

• MBA (Preferred)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in tender management or bid coordination.
• Fresh MBA graduates with knowledge of tendering and e-procurement portals may also apply.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of government and private tendering procedures.
• Familiarity with GeM, CPPP, and e-procurement portals.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
