Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, including preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and variation orders.
• Manage the complete tender process from identifying opportunities to bid submission.
• Prepare and maintain tender documentation and records.
• Create and maintain contract-related data in SAP.
• Prepare and obtain approvals for contract-related orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with the sales, engineering, and other internal teams for tender preparation.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding tender requirements and clarifications.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all tender and contract documents.
• Prepare reports and presentations on tender status, outcomes, and market trends.
• Ensure all tender submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Experience in tender management and bid preparation.
• Knowledge of tender documentation and proposal preparation.
• Experience working with SAP is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
