Tender Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare tenders for various projects by gathering requirements, creating BOQs, estimating costs, and submitting bids.
• Conduct rate analysis to determine the most competitive prices for services and materials.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive tender documents that meet client needs.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in tender preparation, estimation, or related field.
• Strong understanding of bid management processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in creating accurate estimates using software such as BOQ builder or similar tools.
