Tender Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant government and private tender opportunities.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical/commercial requirements.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations, and proposals within deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments for required technical and commercial information.
• Manage online tender submissions through portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
• Track tender status, amendments, bid results, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all tender-related activities.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of tendering and bidding processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field).

Experience: Experience in Tendering/Bidding will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
