Tender Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive to independently manage the complete tendering process, from tender identification and evaluation to documentation, submission, and post-submission coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track relevant government and private tenders.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, EMD, and technical requirements.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents.
• Coordinate with Technical, Accounts, Purchase, and other departments.
• Prepare and submit online tenders within deadlines.
• Handle EMD, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantees, and other tender requirements.
• Monitor corrigenda, amendments, and tender updates.
• Prepare pre-qualification and compliance documentation.
• Maintain tender trackers and records of submitted/awarded tenders.
• Coordinate with management for approvals, pricing, and final submission.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all tender-related activities.

Required Skills

• 57 years of relevant tendering experience, preferably in construction/infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of e-tendering and government procurement portals.
• Excellent MS Excel and documentation skills.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines independently.
